1. Who we are

Kampana ("we", "us") provides an AI product creation OS for fashion brands. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use kampana.io or our application.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, company, role.
• Product data you provide: product URLs, images, descriptions, brand assets, references.
• Generated assets: outputs you create using Kampana (images, copy, video, decks).
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, credits consumed, technical logs.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.

3. How we use information

• To operate and improve the Kampana product.
• To generate the outputs you request (PDP visuals, B2B sell-in, marketplace feeds, social, video).
• To bill credits, prevent abuse and secure the platform.
• To communicate product updates and respond to your requests.

We do not train foundation models on your private brand data without explicit consent.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the subprocessors needed to operate Kampana - hosting, AI model providers, payment processing, email and analytics. We require each to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.

5. Data retention

We retain account and product data for as long as your account is active. You can request export or deletion at any time. Backups are purged on a rolling basis.

6. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@kampana.io to exercise them.

7. International transfers

We may transfer data to providers located outside your country, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll post material changes on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
