Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Kampana, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Kampana for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

Kampana is an AI product creation OS that helps fashion brands generate design, 3D, PDP imagery, B2B sell-in, marketplace assets, social and video from a single product record. Features evolve over time.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits and billing

Kampana uses a credit wallet. Credits are purchased in packs, consumed when you generate assets, and do not expire. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content and outputs

• You retain ownership of product data, brand assets and references you upload.
• Subject to applicable law, you own the generated outputs from your credits.
• You grant Kampana the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service for you.
• You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to the inputs you provide.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Kampana to infringe IP, generate misleading or unlawful content, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. AI outputs

Generated outputs are produced by AI models and may contain errors. You're responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them or using them commercially.

8. Third-party services

Kampana relies on third-party providers (hosting, AI models, payments). Their terms may apply to the parts of the service they power.

9. Termination

You can stop using Kampana at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create risk to the service or other users.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Kampana is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid to Kampana in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email before they take effect.
